Bankruptcy is my favorite area of practice. I’m experienced in chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. I have experience in the District Court Of Maryland with criminal and traffic cases. I can assist with a wide range of criminal issues which include, but not limited to assault, driving without a license, and DUI/DWI. 

PERSONAL INJURY LAW

WILLS, POWER OF ATTORNEY, ESTATES 

The purpose of a Last Will & Testament is to ensure that a deceased person’s real and personal property is inherited by a person or entity that the deceased person desired. The purpose of a Power Of Attorney is to grant a person the authority to manage specific affairs of another person. Once a person dies an estate must be opened at the Register of Wills to transfer the deceased person’s real and personal property. I assist clients with drafting Wills and Power Of Attorney. I assist clients with administering an estate once a person dies. 

GUARDIANSHIP 

When a person’s becomes incompetent and did not prepare a Power Of Attorney a guardianship of person is required. I’m able to assist clients in obtaining the authority needed to manage the disabled person’s finances, property, and healthcare decisions.
