BANKRUPTCY

Bankruptcy is my favorite area of practice. I’m experienced in chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. If you are struggling month to month to pay bills or have past due bills bankruptcy may be an option for relief. Bankruptcy can stop foreclosures, stop wage garnishments, and stop harassing phone calls from creditors.

DISTRICT COURT CRIMINAL AND TRAFFIC

I have experience in the District Court Of Maryland with criminal and traffic cases. I can assist with a wide range of criminal issues which include, but not limited to assault, driving without a license, and DUI/DWI.

PERSONAL INJURY LAW

Been in a car accident? Had a slip and fall? Need medical treatment or therapy? Loss wages from your job due to injury preventing you from working? I’m experienced in settling personal injury cases resulting from car accidents or slip-n-fall cases.

WILLS, POWER OF ATTORNEY, ESTATES

The purpose of a Last Will & Testament is to ensure that a deceased person’s real and personal property is inherited by a person or entity that the deceased person desired. The purpose of a Power Of Attorney is to grant a person the authority to manage specific affairs of another person. Once a person dies an estate must be opened at the Register of Wills to transfer the deceased person’s real and personal property. I assist clients with drafting Wills and Power Of Attorney. I assist clients with administering an estate once a person dies.
